We are hiring a Athlete Marketing Coordinator

Details:

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Overview:

The Athlete Marketing Coordinator will primarily work alongside the Athlete Marketing Manager. They will assist with scouting athlete and influencer talent, coordinating and executing photoshoots, and staying up to date with current marketing initiatives.

Some of Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of our brand by fully learning, understanding, and embodying our brand ethos
• Work alongside the Athlete Marketing Manager and Creative Strategist to plan and execute photoshoots
• Place orders for apparel, organize and steam apparel, and style models for upcoming photoshoots involving athletes, influencers, and talent
• Scout photoshoot locations for collection launches or general product photo needs
• Assist in booking travel arrangements for events and photoshoots for Born Primitive staff, influencers, athletes, talent, etc
• Assist in finding talent for upcoming photoshoots
• Willing to work occasional weekend and/or willingness to travel for photoshoots
• Responsible for issuing payment to photographers, videographers, and talent if applicable
• Assist with scouting influencers and talent to help produce content for usage in social media and ads.
• Review and tag all incoming photoshoot assets in BP’s content database and communicate with appropriate teams when assets are ready to promote

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organizational skills to finish tasks in a timely and correct manner
• Interpersonal skills
• Creative eye to locate quality locations & talent for upcoming photo shoots

Required Characteristics:

• Ability to thrive in a quickly growing and very fast paced work environment
• Ability to meet deadlines while tasked with multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to formulate professional correspondence
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
