Awesome piece of headgear for rucking, hiking or yard work! Very well made and it’s wide brim provides excellent protection from UV rays to the head and neck area. Glad to support Best Defense Foundation and it’s a nice bonus by providing the patch! I know this will be a well utilized part of my hiking kit in the weeks and months ahead!

Never can have too many hats and this adds great protection from the elements.
Got this to wear in the desert sun of Southern Utah and keep the sun off my face while I'm enjoying the great outdoors. I have an affinity for green and camo, so this did it for me. I purchased the S/M as I have a smaller head and no adult hats fit me properly; they always push my ears down. This hat doesn't do that. It fits snugly and it ain't going anywhere, even when the wind picks up. My hat size is 6 1/4. I love that I can put a patch on it, just wish it didn't have BPs name on the brim. I'd rather have it on a tag or something, even on the outside. But it doesn't affect the hat performance at all so that's just personal preference. It came packaged well and wasn't twisted or bent. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again if there were other awesome (camo) prints. Thank you for a great product, Born Primitive!
