Designed by Olympic lifters, for Olympic lifters. These patent pending compression shorts feature a flexible pad over the pubic region to protect the lifter during snatch. These women's powerlifting shorts have been tested and approved by elite athletes from the Olympic weightlifting and various other fitness oriented communities. Our goal was to develop a compression short that can provide adequate protection without sacrificing mobility.

The pad on these women's weightlifting shorts also serves as a great training tool for athletes by providing a target for where the bar should strike during the transition portion of the movement. PR WITHOUT THE PAIN!

 

**These are female compression shorts that can be worn alone or under other workout shorts, capris, or pants. Like all compression gear, they are meant to fit snugly to keep the padding close to the body so they may be harder to get on initially. These women's powerlifting shorts are true to size.

The Snatch Shorts fill a desperate need in the Olympic weightlifting community.  For too long, many lifters have had to suffer through Snatch because of the severe pain that can occur when the bar strikes the pubic bone during the transition portion of the lift. Up until now, nothing has existed to address this common issue. Many times, lifters will choose to incorrectly bounce the bar off of their quadriceps in order to avoid the painful bar strike in the pubic region. Some have even been known to shove pieces 0f foam or knee sleeves down their compression shorts before they complete the lift. The madness stops now! Anticipating pain will only create timidness when the weight becomes heavy.

You cannot expect to PR your snatch if you have ANY reservations as you walk up to the bar! Enter- Snatch Shorts.

Our female compression snatch shorts have been designed and fine-tuned by avid Olympic lifters to protect your pubic region. There is flexible pad sewed into the front of the shorts that maintains a low-profile to ensure maximum mobility while offering maximum protection. The pad features PoronXRD® Extreme Impact Protection, which is soft and contouring yet tough on impact. The hex pattern creates hinging to promote freedom of movement and flexibility so it is barely even noticed when you lift. Last, the pad is infused with Microban® Antimicrobial Protection to help fight the growth of odor causing bacteria.

Female compression snatch shorts will add to a lifter’s confidence because she will no longer have any reservations or fear. Snatch Shorts are also great for coaches to use with less experienced lifters when trying to teach the proper bar path because it provides an aiming point for the athlete at the lift’s transition. Life Saver

So I never review things - but I have to say these shorts saved my life. I'm a competitive 64kg lifter and was doing some snatches from the block and gave myself a gnarly bruise right before competing at the American Open Series at The Arnold - anything that touched me was super painful due to that bruise. I had these shorts overnighted to me so I could compete and I competed with zero pain and PRed my snatch & clean & jerk. So if you have an issue of slamming your pubic bone into the bar (fix the technical issue) but in the interim get these shorts. I got a small and they were amazing.

Absolutely wonderful

I can't say enough great things about these shorts! I've been looking for a nice air of compression shorts that aren't too tight and these are it! The padding is just an extra bonus!

Worth every penny

I was tired of bruises and failing lifts because I knew the pain that would come. I got these and they are a game changer. Bottom line- buy these and your pubic symphysis will thank you 😆

Decent

I hit my pubic bone when I clean (not snatch). The pad is a little high, so I wish the pad was larger and went down a little further. Additionally, I recommend the shorts be constructed with a crotch gusset for the females. I don’t wear underwear underneath, and it’s a bit uncomfortable with the four seams meeting in the crotch.

Every bra serves a different purpose for different activities and we recommend referencing each specific bra product description to determine the best bra for your body and sport. Our bras should generally fit snug. Wearing the bras too loose will not likely provide adequate support.
