Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    VERY SHORT!! Im a bigger girl with smaller chest and this short hits me just at the natural waist- ides up with movement easily. Cant wear out in public due to my standards- but will be a home gym staple.

    Cuter on than in the picture. Definitely can wear for everyday life.

    5’7, 145-150#, I go between small and med in BP tops and sports bras. I went with med here cuz it seems like a shirt that shouldn’t be too tight. It’s still form fitting and flattering but doesn’t suck tight to my skin. It’s a winner.
