Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

Featuring a warm but breathable 4-way stretch fabric with side zip vents, internal knee pad pockets, a water-repellent finish, reinforcements on the knees, seat, and heel, a truly versatile pocket system, and a dialed-in athletic fit for unrestricted mobility.
