First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

A couple of things. 1 the pant size does not run true, I initially bought a 32" waist and it was way to big, the 30" waist fit perfect. 2 I am not the biggest fan of the pocket placement for the two pockets on the back half of the thigh, it's just a weird place for a pocket and the two front hip pockets are place at an odd angle. Overall though they are great pants, very lightweight and I look forward to testing their durability.
