Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the Stay at Home Ban many states are experiencing as a result of COVID19, we are extending our return and exchange policy to 60 days.
Customers are eligible for a refund if the product has never been worn, used or washed and original tags remain attached.
For both Returns & Exchanges, we have an easy initiation process by using the link here! It will walk you through all options step by step, but if you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out! We offer free exchanges and free returns to store credit. For returns to original form of payment there is a small shipping fee of $5.99.
We ask customers to try on items with no deodorant/makeup on. A 25% Re-Stocking fee will be charged if items are returned with deodorant stains/makeup on. Items with excessive staining, make up or animal hair will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For product defects we offer a 90-Day return window. We ask for all customers to immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend to include a description and/or picture attached to your email on issues with your product to better assist you.
