First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      I work in technical rescue in addition to bein a rope access technician. I love these pants for all aspects of both jobs. They are tough but move extremely well. I'm a big fan of the adjustment options available at the waist especially if you're someone who opts to not wear a belt while in a harness. The lowest leg pockets I could do without but the pocket options on these pants are varied and do give great options.
