Local Workout 2022

We would love to meet you all and get a fun workout in. Everyone who attends will receive a gift card and a leather patch! We will also be presenting a charity check to the Navy SEAL Foundation for $125,000 at the end of the workout and would love for you to be a part of that moment for us. What: Beach workout (just show up, no equipment required)

When: Friday, November 18th at 9:00 AM ET

Where: Navy SEAL Memorial (38th Street, Oceanfront)

Why: Enjoy a fun beach workout as a community and honor the Navy SEAL Foundation for the positive work they do for our local military community
