Thank you for trying out our Find Your Perfect Legging Box. 

Please read the details below before starting your return.

IMPORTANT:

→ If you choose to return any of the leggings, please ensure to include the Rest Day Joggers with your return.  The joggers are only free to keep if you are keeping all 5 pairs of leggings.

→ Love the joggers, but want to return some of the leggings? Email contact@bornprimitive.com for next steps on how to do so. 

→ As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit or to original payment method. For returns to the original form of payment, there is a small shipping fee of $5.99.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

  • Our general return and exchange policy is 45 days. Find Your Perfect Leggings orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order to prevent the pre-authorization on your form of payment from being charged.
  • Items will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the clear bag they arrived in to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
  • Apparel must have hang-tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. Additionally, if the joggers are not returned with any leggings you choose to send back from the Find Your Perfect Leggings Box, we reserve the right to charge you $70.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

International/ FPO & APO Returns Purchased from U.S.A.

If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
