    Great boots!

    They run small, I had to go up from a 10 to a 11, but they feel great. They are not super stiff and not bulky like some. Compared to Solomon’s , I like these much better. More toe room and don’t run narrow. Very happy I bought these!

    Almost Perfect

    As LEO, I need something durable and comfortable to stand for long periods of time, this boot feels incredibly comfortable. You can truly feel that these boots are quality. The lace design is a great idea and works well, but unfortunately after about a month of wearing them, the lace system broke just by trying to tighten them as they are meant to be used. Overall, I would definitely buy this boot again, but I would like to see them use a more durable lace material.

    Great boots, not so great shoe inserts

    Bought Patriot 1 when I thought that I bought Defender 1. Nevertheless, I like the shoes, they feel solid built, and I have good traction on dry and wet surface. Also, I like the fast shoe lace. The first 12 hour shift wearing shoes felt uncomfortable. I suppose that is to be expected when breaking in new shoes. Second 12 hour shift right boot felt great, while the left boot still made my foot ache and my ankle wants to roll inward. The bottom of my left foot began to ache only after a few hours wearing shoes. I am on my feet 12 hours a day at work and it's not like I have the option to remove the shoes and let my feet rest. It seems like the right and left shoe feels completely different in terms of comfort. Also, the shoe size is precisely that. If you wear size 14, I'd order size 15 to have extra room for your toes.

    Hands down the most comfortable and durable boots I've ever worn. Light on your feet, super supportive, and built like a tank. Born Primitive knocked it out of the park with the Patriot 1s. 5 stars all day long! Will be purchasing another pair in the future, and looking forward to their development of footwear. Very short break in period on the boots. Quick lace system is amazing!!
