FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Favorite shorts for intense workout and powerlifting. They are compressive but not too much compared to last years all or nothing shorts. They don't roll up and are very comfy. I got 5 pairs of them in bold and bright colors. For though ladies only :) go for it girls!

      LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

      I have the greeny colour too, and I love them!! They don’t ride up when running or squatting, they’re brilliant, and so flattering, AND have two pockets! I’m going to buy some more in the different colours!
