Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I bought this one in bigger size than I wanted because there were no smaller sizes left but still fits great. The material is soft but hard enough to keep everything tight. It’s really comfortable to wear it.

    runs small

    I got a size small, just like with the other shirts I got. The other shirts fit beautifully but I couldn't even breath in this one. Couldn't exchange because it was on clearance, so I'm not sure how many sizes I should have sized up!

    One of my favorite tops. I'm usually a small but bought an xs in this to make sure I have enough support and it's great. I could also do a small if I had to. Perfect cardio, lifting or casual wear. For reference, I'm a 34b.
