Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    most comfortable running/workout shorts!

    Like these better than the other BP running shorts because there is a pocket that actually fits your phone. Super soft and comfy, nothing rubs funny. Usually between XS and S, went with S and not too big.

    My MOST FAVORITE SHORTS!

    I LOVE these shorts. I wish there were more color options. The shorts underneath are the perfect length to they just barely peek out. The pockets are phenomenal and well placed. Sizing is accurate.

    Favorite shorts, have multiple colors

    The Interval Shorts are my absolute favorite — I have them in multiple colors! They’re the perfect combination of performance and comfort. The fit is flattering without being too tight, and they stay put during runs, lifting, and conditioning workouts.

    The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and holds up wash after wash. I love that they’re versatile enough for hard training days but still cute enough to throw on for errands.
