Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Let’s be real, if you’ve ever been pregnant when it comes to clothing, the name of the game is comfort! These are fantastic super lightweight very comfortable , soft waistband. I think I got these when I was pregnant and I’ve just worn that crap out of them even after I have my baby. Minus the belly nobody knows they’re maternity joggers. I even got some for my mom because she was very impressed by the quality and by the fact that they’re so lightweight and functional.
