- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping. The total thickness of the red and black training shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot
- Specially formulated EVA compound midsole that is lightweight, high cushioning, and high rebound
- Highly durable molded rubber outsole that features a vertical tread for lateral traction and a horizontal tread for linear traction
