FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    These are great for working out. I use them for weight lifting, and they work great for the treadmill too. The material doesnt have much give, so even though the toe box is wide, its firm. I might try 1/2 size up next time.

    I purchased these after a bad experience with another brand. They fit beautifully and have answered my need for a little more support. They are great for running outdoors on gravel and uneven surfaces. They are also great for weightlifting and gymnastics. Wide toe box makes them comfortable and I like the red, white, and blue design.
