Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

    Good, wish the laces were longer.

    Only issue I have is the laces are short so you cannot use the heel lock way to tie the shoes. Good fit. Same size as my regular running shoe.

    Definitely a workout shoe!

    Quality looks good and although the fit feels a bit different than other workout shoes I've had, still comfortable. Because of the short heel to toe drop, not a sneaker for long walks and certainly not running. I'll be using these for lifting, rowing and cross-fit.
