First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

My goal was to find a comfortable cross-trainer & BP gets the job done. If you have a wide foot then your going to love these. Finally a shoe with decent toe-box. I wear a size 14 and even with good shoes they seldom have a sufficient room on the front of the shoe. Im a big dude and I put some real wear and tear on my shoes & Im hoping these hold up. The feel, look and colors are really nice. I intend to purchase another pair or two soon. There is a processing time of 5 to 7 days before your order is shipped. So, with shipping & processing it took 10 days to receive from time of order. Yes, in the age of amazon this may seem like a long time. Check your reality, this isn't a big deal, especially for a quality product.

I'm usually very comfortable in shoes people describe as narrow, but the toebox is always tiny to match. In this case, the sizing was perfect. Normally I wear a 10.5 and have to size up in some instances like for barefoot or running shoes, but these are true to size. Toes box is wide, but the heel and midfoot areas are secure enough to at least make squatting and deadlifting over 300 lbs feel secure with no lateral movement.
