Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

Fine-tuned by avid Olympic lifters, these shorts feature a strong, low-profile pad that protects the pubic region—giving you the confidence you need to walk up to the bar and set a new PR, without the pain.

      With the addition of the padding, I thought these would feel uncomfortable and hinder movement. It did not and even while running, I did not think about the under-shorts.

      Great short. Not sure if I should have gotten a different size or what, but the "pelvis pad" in the front is not placed and/or shaped in the best place. That would be my only nit pick. The overall fit and feel of these is good. I am able to really thrust into the bar with much less pain
