First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Best shorts ever

    I’ve tried a lot of workout shorts over the years, but the Born Primitive Versatile Shorts with compression are easily some of the best I’ve owned. The built-in compression liner is comfortable and supportive without feeling restrictive, which makes them great for running, lifting, or any type of training.

    The best feature by far is the pockets, especially the compression cellphone pocket. You can run, jump, or train hard and the phone doesn’t move at all. No bouncing, no adjusting, no worrying about it falling out. That alone makes these shorts stand out.

    The material is high quality, breathable, and durable. You can tell they were designed by people who actually train.

    Highly recommend if you want versatile shorts that perform just as well in the gym as they do on a run.
