First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I was pretty excited when I saw the short option in the yoga pant and ordered in the French roast color. (I'm 5'3" and 140#) The length is fine but in medium the area in the hip and thigh is more snug than the medium in the regular length. I have these in black and blue depths and the medium fit is more comfortable in regular length. The color is nice and I will keep but am not sure if I should order in large in the short or go back to the regular length in medium next time.
