Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

DESCRIPTION

The American Defender Shorts 3.0 took all the great features from the 2.0 but with two modifications. First, we took the back half of the waist band and added elastic, allowing you to still have the clean, fitted look in the front, while also having some stretch in the back for an even better fit. We also took a half inch off of the inseam, placing it slightly higher above the knee than the 2.0’s. Most 3.0 styles are also available in both the tie closure and velcro closure, depending on your own preference! With two discreet zipper pockets, you can carry all of your belongings from the gym, to the beach, or to your next sparring session. The lightweight, quick dry fabric and spandex crotch panel give you the perfect balance of performance and comfort. We have also hidden a motivational quote inside the right leg for when you need that extra bit of motivation to go out there and GET AFTER IT! 

Sizing Note: If you are between sizes or on the fence, we recommend you bump up to the bigger size.

      Comfortable

      This is the first pair of BP shorts I’ve ordered for my husband. First of all the quality is great, they feel like they will hold up a good while. The material is cool and comfortable especially for the summer months. He could have sized down but I didn’t want to risk being too tight for working out, these still worked out ok. Very satisfied!
