Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Athleisure bra

    So I first ordered a white size large. Loves it, so I turned around and wanted to order another but in a different color but didn’t have a large in stock in other colors so I went up a size and got a Black XL. They are comfortable but not one to wear for working out or post surgery.

    Super comfy but functional

    I purchased these in two colors, and I’m glad I did. This bra is less restricting than a regular sports bra but still provides support for daily activity and lifting.
