Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      I wear this under my vest for 12 hour shifts and love it. I have had a hard time finding undershirts that dont make me itch when I sweat and this one is great. Its soft, it wicks the sweat and no itching. Ive already bought a second one.

      Definitely premium

      A very high-quality shirt. It doesn’t fit me, in a large, as good as normal T-shirts do as it’s a little baggier, but it makes for a great premium T-shirt to lounge in with the rest day joggers or as a light outer layer.
