First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Great coverage and comfort

    This is a bra safe for all CrossFit movements. It is extremely comfortable and stays put. My only reason for 4 stars is because I strongly dislike the cups that come with BP bras. I always throw them away and use some from my Amazon bras instead that have a flat bottom and rounded top (they stay in place better and have a better shape).

    I live the detailing on the back. I ordered blue and navy as the other colors were sold out so I hope they get restocked. This bra is supportive and comfortable. I sized up as I feel like my back has been getting a bit bigger.
