Measure from where the shoulder connects to the arm and down to wrist.

MEASURE YOUR RIB CAGE:

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

Take your rib cage measurement from step 1 and read across the chart below to find your band size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I’ve been wearing these shorts for most of my pregnancy. I’ve had to size up multiple times the further along I get. Currently XL at 35w & it’s getting a little tight as to be expected lol The quality is incredible & no piling from walking daily or washing. These will last me through multiple pregnancies for sure! Been recommending them to my pregnant girlfriends. Buy them in every color!

    Pockets are game-changing

    Maternity biker shorts

    These shorts feel like butter!!! They're soooo comfortable!! I'm 26 weeks pregnant and want to live in these shorts daily! Spend the money! Buy these!!

    I needed Xl: 5'6" late into my second trimester at 214lbs.
