First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Perfect everyday short

    Usually shorts end up being too soft and lightweight for training or heavy and burley for tough jobs - this short fits right in the middle.

    At first, I was surprised and a little worried that the fabric was so lightweight and even slightly soft to the touch. But after wearing it, the short holds up to abuse - transitions easily from playing with your kid to yard work or weekend camping.

    The stretch panels and help it move better than it should and it’s comfortable sitting at a desk, driving on a road trip, or chasing your kids around a trampoline park.

    It also works well for IWB carry, I’m 6 foot 190 pounds with a 33 or 34 inch waist depending on the day. The 34” fit well slightly loose but exactly right with a belt.

    These are phenomenal shorts. The fit is great, comfortable material, and my wife actually said they make my flat a$$ look good. Perfect for a tshirt or a collared shirt. Gonna by a few more of these!

    I haven't had many chances to wear them yet, but the material is tough yet lightweight so great for summer activities. Being familiar with this type of material I'm guessing any stains will wash right out without any fuss. I noticed that I had a lot of gym type shorts and needed something more formal. I'm glad I chose these to try, my only complaint would be more color options please
