    I have ordered quite a few products from BP, but it wasn't until I got this order, that had an error that I learned they have no way to reach customer service. No phone number, not even an email. But they have an AI bot to sell you stuff. Now I have two different shoes and no one to talk to to resolve this issue. This concerns me considering the premium price I pay for their products.

    So comfortable

    I already own a few pairs of B.P. shoes and they all perform as advertised. I did want a pair of everyday shoes and the patriotic design caught my eye. The other shoes I have are flat with little padding and great for exercise of all types, no complaints. Admittedly I have only worn these around the house so not a lot of real world experience I suppose. The biggest difference is the padding/ support, they almost feel like putting on some super comfy winter socks. That was my first impression anyways. I never like the first time my new shoes get dirty, but such is life. I have a feeling that these will be my favorites soon enough. I should probably buy a backup pair ASAP.
