Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Great Design

    I love the design of this bra. I’m usually a Born Primitive non-maternity bra size small. So I got a small for this maternity bra. The bottom banded portion of the bra a little too snug. My ladies didn’t grow a TON, but they did grow throughout my pregnancy a little. I’d recommend ordering a size up for these maternity bras. If your ladies grew a lot, be aware that you may have to order up 2 sizes. I love the design. The straps are nice and thick so they don’t dig into your shoulders which is nice. Overall, I love this bra and this company. I didn’t send the bra back for a bigger size because I got it on sale and it still works. Definitely recommend.

    Best sports bra EVER!!

    I purchased the sports bra several years ago, and it is still holding up like a rockstar! It has not stretched out or frayed or shown any signs of where and I take care of it by placing it in the washer and just hanging it up after it’s done. Great job.

    Almost there!

    The chest band is nice and wide with the elastic being slightly smaller, allowing for a comfortable fit over a belly. The cups are super soft and supportive for low-medium impact activities. My only complaint (and reason for 3 stars) the nursing tabs….being Velcro is nice because you can adjust as needed based on daily cup size changes, however it’s almost impossible to re-clasp one handed which makes it inconvenient for discreet nursing at the gym or in public, once the strap is undone it’s hard to reach to reattach. It’s a little cumbersome as a nursing bra, needs a better clasp system.
