FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Great all around comfort

    Of the many BP sports bras I own that are all great, this one I’ve had for 1.5 years (still not breaking down) is my most comfortable for workouts, running and boxing and because of a long standing shoulder injury it is the easiest to get of due to that restriction with sports bras. I fluctuate between an A and B and it is supportive, soft, breathable and straps are great and positioned well to not dig in. It scoops a bit lower than others so perhaps someone with much larger breasts may have spillage. The biggest bonus is the freedom in shoulders and certain parts of the back in how the straps are positioned it’s great

    LOVE THIS!!!!!

    This sports bra is everything I look for in workout gear! It provides the perfect balance of support and comfort, whether I'm lifting heavy, doing HIIT, or getting in a cardio session. It stays in place throughout my workouts without digging into my shoulders or feeling restrictive.

    The fabric is incredibly soft, breathable, and high quality, and it still looks and feels amazing after multiple washes. I also love the flattering fit—it pairs perfectly with my Born Primitive leggings and gives me the confidence to focus on my workout instead of adjusting my gear.
