Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Comfortable pair of leggings

    Got these for my girlfriend as a Valentine’s Day gift and she loves them. She likes the fit and texture. Plus I really like how they look on her. Was worried about the length since she’s 5’11” but they fit just fine for her.

    Surprisingly Durable!

    Ok y’all, I just gotta give props to BP for the durability of these leggings. My wonderful doggo got into a bit of a snafu with another dog and I ended up with a big ol dog bite to the thigh. I was wearing these leggings, and even though I got some teeth marks and broken skin on my leg, not one fiber of these leggings tore. Well done BP, the paragon leggings will continue to be my fav!

    Comfortable and Flattering!

    I'm 5'6" and 170 and ordered size Large. These fit great and the little bit of scrunch in the back is pretty flattering. I wore them to the gym today for leg day and did all the things with minimal tugging back up of these leggings.
