    Deliver wrong address

    The delivery company that they use whoever was delivering my order, which was ZIP hoodie, delivered it at the wrong address the delivery company couldn’t do anything so they had me reach out to Born Primitive they replaced the hoodie, It arrived to my actual address. Been wearing it. I love it. It’s very breathable and it keeps you warm. Honestly, customer service is amazing .

    Had to get backups

    Absolutely love these hoodies! I bought one last year and then quickly purchased the other two colors available. They are warm but lightweight, good for winter, spring, and fall. If I need a hoodie during summer this is the one I wear too. The mask in the hood is very convenient and when not being used it's barely noticeable, I'm shaved head too. I previously bought the other two colors and will store all three for backups. I really couldn't be happier with them.
