Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Great fit and color

    I wear synergy shorts to work out in nearly every day. Love the fit, the high rise (esp after 3 kids), NO front seam(!), and in this case the color, too. (my black and navy get a TON of wear). Recommend.

    Like the high waist

    I like that the synergy shorts are high waisted but I don't always like the shorts to be so short. I've bought from BP for about 10 years and I would say I used to like the short length. But now I look for a longer length or a not fitted short.

    The length of the shorts in the thigh are kinda perfect. Not too long, but also not so short that they constantly need adjusting.
