First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Clean Look, Built to Perform

      Picked up the Training Tee in Moonlight and it’s exactly what I want in a performance shirt.

      Fabric is lightweight and breathable but still has structure. It doesn’t feel paper-thin, and it doesn’t get heavy once you start sweating. I’ve worn it for strength sessions, conditioning work, and full days coaching — it stays comfortable the entire time.

      Fit is athletic and clean. It tapers through the torso without being tight and gives enough room through the shoulders and chest to move freely. No pulling during overhead work or pressing. True to size for me.

      Moonlight is a great neutral color — subtle, sharp, and easy to pair with pretty much anything. It doesn’t look overly “gym,” which makes it versatile enough for everyday wear.

      Big plus: it holds its shape after washing. Collar stays structured, no twisting seams, and no shrinkage so far.

      Overall, it’s a high-quality training tee that performs during hard sessions but still looks good outside the gym. Solid staple piece.

      Would definitely add more colors.
