FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Rugged Feel, Athletic Performance

    I grabbed the Traverse Short 7” in Falcon and these feel more substantial than your typical training short — in a good way.

    The fabric has structure and durability without sacrificing mobility. There’s enough stretch for deep squats, lunges, and dynamic work, but they don’t feel thin or flimsy. You can tell they’re built to hold up.

    The 7” inseam is ideal. Athletic look without being too short, and enough coverage for training, coaching, or being out and about. The Falcon color is sharp — neutral but different from basic black or gray.

    Fit is dialed in. Room through the quads (big plus if you actually train legs), slight taper, and they stay in place without riding up. Waistband is secure but comfortable — no digging in during longer sessions.

    What separates these from other shorts is versatility. They work for lifting and conditioning, but also feel durable enough for outdoor use or travel. They don’t scream “gym short,” which makes them easy to wear anywhere.

    Stitching and overall build quality feel premium. These are clearly made to last.

    Would absolutely purchase again.
