    Wish they made a 33” waist

    I’ve been on the quest for the perfect pair of shorts and have yet to find them. I’m a 33” waist and have somewhat muscular thighs. Not gym bro thighs. But I do workout. All that to say, I’m came up short 100 times. 34” are too big in the waist and bunch up at the crotch with a belt. And 32” waist are too tight. I tired these shorts hoping for the best and came up with the same problem as the rest. I love the look. The feel. The material. I want Born Primitive to be my go-to brand because I like what they’re about. I just haven’t been able to find any of their stuff that hit a home run for me. If they offered these shorts in a 33” waist, and just a smidge more leg room in the thighs, I’d buy 7 pair right now. One for every day of the week.

    The best daily short, hands down.

    This short is pretty much perfect for light or daily use. The fabric is tough enough to take some abuse, but light enough to be wearable with stretch to keep moving with you. I'm 6 ft. 190 lbs. and a 33 or 34 inch waist depending on the day. The 34-inch fits perfectly and I like the 9 inch inseam.

    A surprise feature are the two hidden side pockets? They fit in an iPhone 16 Pro with case and Ridge Wallet perfectly. I don't like carrying things inside my back pockets between driving and keeping up with kids. Somehow, they are always getting in the way and have worn through pants and shorts in the past.

    Good Quality Handy Pockets

    Shorts are good quality and look like they will hold up. There is sufficient stretch to be comfortable and the rear pockets for phones are handy.
