Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    The best one yet!

    I have all of the vitality bras and this is by far the best fit for me. I am a 34 D, 127 lb athletic build. It gives me all the coverage and no side boob during chaturangas!!! I am waiting on some more colors so I can replace the other vitality bras. I only wear BP bras and this is the my fav!

    New favorite sports bra!

    I first fell in love with the original Vitality Sports Bra (& it sold out before I could stock up)! Version 2.0 was not as great a fit for me. But Version 3.0 nails the fit, comfort, stretch, & everything you want in a sports bra. Bring on more colors, please!
