Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    This top makes my back and shoulders look great! I have one of these in XS and it’s just a hair too small. The S is a hair too big for me, but very comfortable.

    Comfortable and great color

    I love how comfortable this bra is and feel like it works well for all CrossFit movements. I don't 100% like how the twist in the back looks when on but it is still one of my favorite bras right now. I also throw out the BP cups and use my Amazon ones instead that are slightly softer and fit better. They are also a flat bottom shape to stay put better with a rounded top. I highly recommend BP switches to that style of bra insert :).
