Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

- Lightweight knit upper & mesh tongue resulting in improved breathability⁠

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

    Great lifting shoes

    They fit perfect! I have wide feet so I struggle sometimes finding shoes I can get a solid toe spread in that you need for lifting and these are perfect….the quality is also extremely good. I wouldn’t recommend them for walking or running as there isn’t a lot of arch support but I didn’t buy them for that. They are a great pair of lifting shoes. Thank you again BP for your amazing gym gear

    Great CrossFit Shoe for Men and Women

    My wife and I both have a pair of Savage 1 shoes and they are great for the gym. Whether the WOD is demanding high cardio and calisthenics or moving weight... this all around shoe had you covered. I have had Rebooks and Viktos in the past and Born Primitive have out performed them both. Highly recommend.
