First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    The best lifting short

    Love everything I’ve gotten from Born Primitive! The quality is great, the fit is flattering and comfortable, and everything holds up really well through workouts and washing.     Love the fit, but thinner material

    I love this style shorts for the length and that they are not overly tight around legs like most other brands. Keep in mind if considering lighter colors,the "your go to" style is a bit thinner material.
