Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

- Wide toe box for natural toe splay for better balance and comfort⁠ (95mm on Size Men's 9)

- Lightweight knit upper & mesh tongue resulting in improved breathability⁠

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the red and black training shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

- Specially formulated EVA compound midsole that is lightweight, high cushioning, and high rebound⁠

- Highly durable molded rubber outsole that features a vertical tread for lateral traction and a horizontal tread for linear traction⁠

- TPU Heel Stabilizer resulting in Improved lateral stability⁠ -

    Amazing Training Shoes

    Just got these, shipped fast, arrived several days earlier than expected. Quality and stability is amazing. First work was legs with DB backwards lunges. Stability approved with wide toe, zero degree shoes. Big difference from regular sneakers.

    Really comfortable first workout. I might adjust the tongue design on future pairs to be more flexible, but I’d recommend these as cross trainers for sure. I am someone who is very sensitive to having the right shoes.
