First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

From box jumps to heavy deadlifts, no movement is off limits with this trainer.

    Great shoes, VERY VERY COMFORTABLEALL DAY!

    I run/walk 5 miles 3x weekly. I ride horses and work in around the place in both pairs of these. Most comfortable shoes ALL DANG DAY and they look really great and do not look huge or clunky. I am an in shape 63 year old woman and cannot say that about any other shoes/boots I have had in like twenty years. We shall see how the soles hold up!

    Women’s Savage 1 H/T Love

    Absolutely LOVE my Savage 1 high tops. The quality of your shoes are bar none!

    I bought my husband the 1776 Pair and he loves his as . What I love most is they work well for me during my work outs. No cushion makes them great for leg days as well as teaching classes, for me. The martial of the shoe is so durable and makes them not only easy to clean but they pretty much don’t ever need cleaned.

    My new fav lifting shoes!

    My new fav lifting shoes! LOVE the style and wide toe area. Shoe laces aren't the easiest to loosen and tighten because they're so stiff, but it's also why they stay in place. True to my size.
